Application :

Is used and ingredient for producing chocolate molding (chocolate block) whereas it helps to prevent the chocolate from melting and gives it a smooth texture.

AK CHOCOGOLD PRIME 1 improves the finished products fat composition profile and fat stability which can produce consistent finished product.

AK CHOCOGOLD can be sued for dairy fat substitute in cheese analogues and creamer. Also it can be used for fillings center of biscuits, creaming, chocolate coating, confectionery, bakery and etc.

AK CHOCOGOLD BASIC can be used as an ingredients for ice cream, topping and dipping. Also can be used for soft spread, soft fillings, cake topping, non-dairy creamer, toffees, etc.
